Comhar celebrates 80 years of producing Irish Laguage literature in 2022. Most notably for Australian-Irish Gaeilgeorí they produce journal as-Gaeilge for an annual subscription fee of €90. The monthly journal covers a range of topics including current affairs, literature and critiques in contemporary Irish. This is a valuable asset to any student, as the nature of textbooks can have us trapped somewhat behind the times in terms of pratical language usage.

COMHAR also produce LeabhairCOMHAR (HELP books), Portráidí na Scríbhneoirí Gaeilge (Portraits of Irish Writers) and COMHARTaighde (Research Co-op) and COMHAR Óg (Young Comhar).
LeabhairCOMHAR – The Leabhir COMHAR publishing imprint was established again in 2010 to develop modern literature and new writing in Irish, as well as to provide an excellent selection of writers and materials.
Portráidí na Scríbhneoirí Gaeilge – is a living collection of portraits of contemporary writers of the Irish language , based on the pioneering work of Máire Uí Mhaicín . The collection is published as a full-color decorative book and online multimedia archive. There are 165 writers in the current archive and this will be added to gradually.
COMHARTaighde – is an annual academic electronic journal and is peer-reviewed by a team of scholars from institutions in Ireland and abroad. This periodical is published on an open access basis via the internet.
COMHAR Óg – is a literary and artistic magazine for young people . Works by post-primary students can be read in this colorful glossy magazine.
