Hi everyone, it’s the end of the year and time to let our hair down – which is a bit difficult when you have a crew-cut.
Similar to last year, CILA is organising a very low-key Christmas function at the Canberra Irish Club, on the back deck, accessible via the Bistro.
No tickets, no bookings, just turn up.
Partners and family are most welcome, as are any friends who may have an interest in the Irish language. As usual you order your drinks from the bar, and if it’s food you will be wanting, the Bistro will be open until 2 pm. So come along, you might get to meet some of these strange people who send you quirky emails all the time!
