Covid 19 and the class .
Against the background of the Covid case in Goulburn, Colin’s class will continue with it’s progess via Zoom. Please contact us if you are interested in getting the link to join in on this session.

Ard Rang (7.30pm class) have been advised by ACT Health that it can continue face-to face, providing we observe social distancing, check-in protocols, and the other  requirements.

As things can change very quickly, please be alert for updates on the ACT Covid website www.covid19.act.gov.au/home, or elsewhere.
Social distancing and related reminders are at: www.covid19.act.gov.au/business-and-work/business-and-work/what-your-patrons-need-to-do.  Importantly, do not come to class if you have any Covid symptoms.

What will we be doing? Before Maire returns, Colin and I agree that we would all benefit from some conversation practice.  What I propose for next week is to use all 6 Comraite (dialogues) on pages 273-274, and 276 -277 of Turas Teanga Aonad 19, as frameworks for class conversations.  So, the first one (Roisin and the psychologist), could be Janice and I using our own questions and answers but in a similar setting e.g. ‘How much do I get back from Medicare, doctor?’.  ‘Do you think you’ll marry him?’  Choose as many dialogues as you wish to prepare your own versions.

I think everyone has a copy of Turas Teanga but I’ll make a couple of copies of Aonad 19 to bring in.  If you need one before class, let me know and I’ll email a copy . And ring me if you have any questions.

Slan go foill.
