Book Shop and Library   arrow

Working with the Friends of Ireland we offer a Secondhand Bookshop and Library. The library operates all year around and items for sale will be advertised here. The aim is to provide a range of options to assist people in practicing their Irish independently, or in small groups, as well as an opportunity to actively use their language skills through literature and film. A strong emphasis is placed on books as Gaeilge, but all things relating to the Emerald Isle are welcome.

After all: If you don’t use it you lose it

We are always seeking donations to our Library. We accept any books, Cd’s, cassettes, DVD’s, games, dictionaries and any other media that are in Irish, about learning Irish or about Ireland. These books will be available to be borrowed through our community library which is available between 7-9pm every Tuesday or via appointment.

If you have any books you’d like to sell we can advertise those here for you.

If you’d like to make a donation or sell a book please Click Here for the form. Questions about donating to the library can be made here: cila.enquiries@gmail.com
